Originally founded in 2016 under the name Bloom, Oléa is a community for women focused on health, balance, and everyday practices that support both personal and professional life.
Through more than two decades of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, Oléa has built a strong network of women across workers’ compensation, insurance, and healthcare. It remains a space for those in the industry, while also welcoming women from other fields who are looking for a more balanced way of living.
